We are thrilled to be shortlisted for two US Search Awards this year: Best Large SEO Agency and Best Use of Search in Health. Our SEO team works hard every day to provide exceptional results to our clients and to continually innovate in our field, so it’s an honor to be recognized in our space.

Our award-winning global healthcare marketing agency (founded in 1999) offers a full suite of marketing services within the pharma space. With deep experience across several therapeutic areas, our agency partners with 20 of the top 25 pharma companies globally. And as a part of EVERSANA, we’re able to connect the dots to other aspects of bringing a therapy to help patients through the company’s full suite of commercialization that no other company can.

The SEO team at EVERSANA INTOUCH has an exceptional culture with 32 team members, having grown 23% since June 2021. A significant factor contributing to our success is the empowerment of everyone in shaping our dynamic, fostering a distinct and resilient culture that sets us apart within the company. All team members share an entrepreneurial drive and actively contribute to our culture through interactive team meetings, specialist-led breakout rooms, trainings, and offline initiatives.

Our favorite events are happy hours and in-person gatherings where we can spend time together outside of work. These activities are organized by passionate individuals within the team who love bringing our people together.

Additionally, we take pride in our diverse team talent, actively seeking candidates from unique backgrounds and promoting a workforce that embraces diversity and inclusivity. With team members fluent in nine languages and a wealth of experiences, we firmly believe our diversity enhances our ability to adapt and create, enabling us to deliver exceptional SEO strategies.

Giving back to the community is core to our team. The Veteran’s Community Project (VCP) is one organization especially meaningful to us because our dear team member and former US Marine, Matt Dickson, passed away in 2021. VCP offers homeless veterans a chance at a more stable life, something he deeply cherished.

Our Work

Our SEO team leans into individual strengths, which accelerates learning and fosters creativity. By empowering team members’ passions and offering a space to take risks, we’ve built a culture of inspired members who help set us apart as a healthcare marketing leader.

We’ve also developed eleven in-house tools that improve efficiency and quality. All our tools were created specifically to help our team improve and excel in the pharma space, and they have become integral to the success we create for our clients.

Our team has placed more emphasis on generating case studies, POVs, and demonstrating the value and impact of organic search. This year we’ve presented some noteworthy work for consideration.

One project highlights a 59% increase in organic sessions for AUSTEDO® XR, focusing on a newer indication for the drug. This success can be attributed to changes encompassing both content and technical updates.

This case study and our work is a testament to the breadth of experience within our team, showcasing our ability to effectively navigate diverse scenarios, be it launching a new product or indication, managing large budgets, or optimizing resources for smaller-scale projects.
