How do I enter?

To submit an entry, please download the entry form, complete and upload (as a word or PDF document) when prompted via the online entry portal.

Is there a limit to the number of entries I can submit?

No – you can submit an unlimited amount of entries in multiple categories. We even offer discounts for multiple entries. Any organization submitting 5 entries will receive an additional 1 FREE entries. Discount will be applied automatically at checkout. Remember to submit all 6 entries in one session to receive your free submissions!

Is there a word limit?

All entries must not exceed 1000 words. The word count does not include the company information at the start of the form or the questions already within the form.

How much does it cost to enter?

All entries made before 23:59 on Friday, June 16, 2023 will be charged an early bird administration fee of $285 (+ VAT if applicable) per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries. Entries submitted after the early bird close will be charged the standard administration fee of $365 (+ VAT if applicable), with the deadline for submissions being Friday, June 30, 2023. Entries submitted after the final deadline will be charged $405 + VAT USD, with the extended deadline for submissions being Friday 7th July 2023.

What supporting materials can I provide?

Supporting materials can be provided in Word, PDF or JPEG formats. Zip Files and videos cannot be accepted. If you wish to use video evidence as supporting material, please include a link to the file online in your entry form under ‘supporting documents’.

Is there a file upload limit?

All files must not exceed 2MB each. You can upload up to three supporting documents, along with your entry form.

When and where will the winners be announced?

The 2022 Awards will take place on Thursday, October 10. We hope that it will take place at a fabulous venue in New York, however, we promise that even if it has to go virtual it will be a night to be shared and remembered.

When is the entry deadline?

The deadline for entries is Friday, June 30, 2023.

Who can enter?

Agencies, brands, search engines, technology providers and all other businesses and brands that contribute to the search industry are all welcome to apply.

Who is judging the awards?

The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts, the judging is a rigorous two-stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide the winning entries.

Is my entry confidential?

Yes – all material will remain confidential to the judges. All judging discussions are confidential and will not be shared or discussed with anyone outside of the judging panel ahead of the ceremony or thereafter. Judges will not share confidential material, judging papers or entries with anyone. Judges will securely delete all judging materials immediately after the judging period or give materials to the We Are Search team who will manage this. Judges can only access entries that they have been provided to score.
